Made by an athlete, for anyone who sweats

Questions

Where do you ship?

Does it have caffeine?

No. You can take it before a night workout or stack it with your own coffee or pre-workout.

How salty is it?

You'll taste it. Sweet first, salty finish.

How many should I take?

One packet before or during an hour of activity is a good start. On long or hot sessions, many people take one every 45 to 60 minutes with water.

Will the honey crystallize?

Raw honey can over time. Warm the packet in your hand or pocket and it loosens right up.

How should I store it?

At room temperature, out of direct sun and heat.

Is it safe for kids?

Not for infants under 1 year old, like all honey.
